She also answered all questions on future visits, as well as letting us know HOTEL 505 will price match! Reserving our room and check in were seamless! We had a very bad experience with an online reservation with the hotel we have used for years...which brought us here. We were thankful to find the best rate with HOTEL 505, as well as great customer care!"

"From the moment we checked in the staff was very attentive. My wife and I felt like the staff was truly concerned about our stay and making sure that we had all that we needed. My name on the television welcoming my wife and I was a neat little gesture that may have seemed like no big deal to others, but was greatly appreciated. We even had a little bit of a bathroom issue and it was taken care of immediately. The room was very clean and felt very cozy. It had a nice living room/office area and the King sized bed was very comfortable. Jacob at the front desk who worked the late night shift was very friendly and a joy to associate with. "
