This is a beautiful new property with gorgeous views of Rosarito. Bed was super comfy bathrooms are huge! Easy check in, they took us directly from the valet parking to our room. Staff is very welcoming. Also good food and drinks at the restaurant & by the pool/jacuzzi!

This place was so beautiful the rooms were really clean it has a modern up to date look and they even had a little hot tub outside your room , the staff is very helpful they’re very nice it feels like a hotel/House because you just literally get greeted and go to your room smooth process lol sadly it was raining majority of the time of our stay so I really didn’t get to enjoy the pool but other than that this is a great place to book

The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city! I can honestly say this hotel delivered the best customer service i have ever received. They were so attentive and ensured i had everything i needed. One night i needed something outside of the resort and they sent staff to purchase it for me!!! I'm already looking forward to my next stay, I enjoyed my time immensely!!!

If I could give this property 1000 stars it will be an understatement. The property is gorgeous and the service superb. Jean Petit and Mitzy were like our own personal concierges, they were very attentive, courteous, and professional. The food was excellent and the drinks were phenomenal (try the maracuya mocktail). Our room was perfect with a partial ocean view and excellent distance to pool and restaurant. This place has it all quiet, safe, great food, drinks, service, hot tub, and heated pool. This will forever be my go to spot in Rosarito.

Issac and his management team made everything seamless—Mitzy not only welcomed us with a smile but also kindly upgraded our room and checked us in early, which made such a difference after our drive. When no Ubers were available, Fernando personally drove us all the way to the border talk about above and beyond! And Jean Petit? An absolute standout. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made us feel like VIP guests the entire time. The property itself is stunning. There’s a large pool surrounded by two hot tubs, both conveniently located near the on-site restaurant perfect for ordering drinks and bites while relaxing. As the sun sets, the beautifully lit fire pits and romantic lighting around the pool area set the perfect vibe for lounging and capturing Instagram-worthy moments. The decor throughout the property is beautifully done - charming, inviting, and perfect for couples or friends looking for that extra touch of luxury. It’s only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Rosarito, but honestly, we hardly wanted to leave. Security is top-notch, we always felt incredibly safe, and the staff made us feel like family. If I could give this hotel ONE HUNDRED stars I would. Originally booked from Thursday-Saturday , my husband and I did not want to leave… stayed until TUESDAY. (Staff) Jean, Mitsy , Gelacio, & George made our stay extraordinary. From suites to compounds, restaurants and all of the above met much higher than any other expectations we could’ve imagined. When visiting Rosarito again, this will forever and only be the hotel we will choose. Huge thanks to the wonderful team for providing such an amazing & welcoming experience.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s brand new so not very many guests. Be careful when booking thru this site because I booked a luxury studio suite and they tried to give me a regular room. If I didn’t say anything I would have lost the extra $150 I spent for the suite. I feel like it could have been an honest mistake still kind of sketch to me.
