Horrible! See my review for details!
I arrived to Rosarito on Friday May 25th & asked if there was any way to get an early check in (2pm) I was told no, I’d have to wait until 4pm. No biggie, I’m aware they need to clean the place. So we arrive at 4pm, checkin with guard went smooth, no complaints there. We get to the home & first thing I notice is how extremely hot and stuffy the home is. I go to turn on all the A/C’s to cool it down. Well, there is only ONE AC unit and it’s in the living room & on the coldest setting it did nothing to cool it down all wknd! So beware especially during the summer! So then I went to the master bath, and first thing I notice is dead bugs on the floor (hmm the house should’ve been cleaned but whatever I let it go). I go to wash my hands and see dry toothpaste splatter all over the black counter and faucet (gross!!), dust bunny’s and more dead bugs in the shower. I go to the living room & see vomit running down the front of the couch. I see what looks to be feces smeared on the door frame entering the master bedroom, pile of wood shavings under the kitchen table & at sunset it was very visible how dirty the floors were. The “QUEEN” beds are FULL SIZE! I contacted the mngmt company who told me they’d have the owner contact me. She did and after a long convo we agreed to exchange a free wknd in exchange for me not writing a bad review.. she didn’t follow through and was so rude! I have ALOT more to say about that convo but it doesn’t fit. DONT STAY HERE!!
