The staff was great! The room was clean! We had a small issue where the A/C stopped working and they switched us rooms without hesitation. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff was nice the room was clean; however the layout is a bit awkward because there is no door to block the shower area. The shower doors are not see thru but you can still see the shadow and some parts of the doors are see thru, there is a mirror on the wall where as if someone is on the bed they can see right into the shower area. NO PRIVACY. Same with the toilet, there is no real door so you can see the shadow and hear everything. Another thing was that the whole room had a smell like sewer. Beds were really hard. The "rope" to the screen was broken so we couldn't raise it so we could look out.

My wife and I had stayed for 2 nights, their service was great! All staff was super attentive and their customer service skills at a max! In our next trip to Tijuana, we will definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location clsoe to most amenities new and upcoming high rises near by .The reason for my 3 star rating is there showers leak onto the floor needing alot of floor towles to keep the water goin over to the sink area floor you feel limited when asking for extras guys everything is counted if theu give you 2 towels they expect 2 back i guess they have had theft issues there people walking away with towels,toiletries, shampoo over pleasant stay .

The property was good and the rooms are great but the only complain is the free breakfast which is not free only the bread and some stuff and they say 6am the breakfast starts and there wasnt even coffee to serve yourself or any breakfast

The building is new. Great! It up in a newly developed area. All of walking destinations to eat. However, two things that you should know before booking. There is no door to the restrooms. It’s all one open space. Second the staff will coming into your room at anytime. Not the showers are right near the doors and there are no doors for the shower. The staffed walked in on me while I was in the shower. They said they go from room to room opening doors just to check on guest. But had no real explanation. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since an employee saw my partner walk out of the room seconds prior to walking in.
