Oceanfront Brand New Unit at La Jolla Excellence The Pelican
Don’t hesitate, book your relaxing Baja vacation in this brand new unit in the newest tower at La Jolla Excellence! This spacious two-bedroom unit boasts spectacular ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. You’ll find everything you need here to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Enjoy the Baja sunsets right from the balcony while unwinding after a day spent walking the town, swimming, and exploring.
Take a stroll down to the private beach cove, swim in the oceanfront pool, take a dip in the heated indoor lap pool, and enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Please note, the workout room and clubhouse are only available for long term renters and owners.
High-speed internet, cable/flat screen TV, and washer & dryer. Home phone in the unit with free calls within Mexico and to the U.S.
There are restaurants, artisanal shops, and a convenience store and gas station within walking distance. Conveniently located only 5 minutes south of Downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster village, Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from beautiful wine country, el Valle de Guadalupe, you are sure to not run out of things to do and see.
Public transportation can be easily secured right in front of the complex.
Guests are required to provide a copy of a government issued ID which will be returned to you when you check out and pay a $25 resort fee + $2.00/person bracelet fee for parking and use of the amenities at the gate upon check-in (CASH ONLY). Please note that this complex does not allow guests to have visitors, so if you are going to have any they need to be registered as additional guests for the duration of the stay.
A lockbox ensures easy access to the condo upon check-in and I will be available by phone or text from 8AM-8PM to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay.
Your booking includes covered parking for one vehicle. There is also street parking right outside the entrance for a second vehicle. HOA rules and regulations are to be complied with by all residences and guests of La Jolla Excellence.
Please note: La Jolla Excellence is in the process of expanding, and additional towers are being constructed.
***There is a strict 6 person maximum for this unit
and that includes children, anyone over 1 years old is considered a guest***

ULTRA UPSCALE
There aren't many places in La Jolla Excellence for rent as the property is very new and some towers are under construction. This unit is a great find and we loved staying there. It's very new and feel like a model. The view is great and everything worked well. The pool, hot tub, and beach are probably the best in Rosarito. Security is almost to omni-present but a comfort nonetheless. From the balcony at any given time you can see at least two security guards roaming the new towers and the construction site. Construction noise wasn't an issue. They didn't work weekends and weekdays not until 0800 and done by 1500 hrs. We bought steaks at Del Mar Market just up the street and BBQ. Del Mar also has 1,000 brands of tequila if you care. You can easily walk a short distance to La Jolla Real and eat at the restaurants facing the street. We really loved the Anjejo Latitude and was our second time there. Great food and upscale presentation with wine for two at $53 USD! We are going back to this unit in two months as we liked it that much.
