Cozy and romantic studio with perfect ocean views. Beach access as well
Bathroom with shower only. All open area. you may see the ocen from every part of the studio. It sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Queen size bed and a day bed, reclyning love seat. Fully equippd kitchen. WiFi available and private balcony with amazing views . Enjoy your morning coffee and full relaxation while stleeping with the sound of the ocean waves. ********PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY I WILL ONLY BE TAKING DIRECT BOOKINGS*************+**

Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this studio very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport.

Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. There are also a number of small restaurants and bars at the exit of San Antonio del Mar's south security gate.

Great vacation home with beach accessible

This is my first time to write a review as I don’t have a habit to, but for this trip we really enjoy our vacation here celebrating the new year with my wife. Enjoy the beautiful beach which is not open to the public, and also enjoy watching sunset and stars on the patio. Wish to come back again!

Well Worth It

The only slight improvement would be to upgrade the bed. It’s not comfortable. The property is on a cliff with steep shared stairs to the beach. The views are amazing. This is a delightful hidden gem. The owner communicates well and is interested in you enjoying your time. The community is safe and close to San Diego, Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada. It was so fun to venture in the waves and on the beach as well as watching the tide come in and go out - measured by the large, perfectly formed rock straight out from the deck. Absolutely loved the dolphins playing every day just off the shore. Excellent visit.

Beautiful Ocean View

Enjoyed my weekend stay at this beautiful beach front condo. It was located in a safe secured community, as soon as we arrived the host was present to welcome us. There was a few stairs you have to climb down but the view is definitely worth it. Ac is not needed, as you feel a nice ocean breeze. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Views

Leticia was an amazing and welcoming host! She was very communicative and helpful. She provided very detailed information to us that was very useful throughout our stay. The property is very accurate to the photos posted. The view was amazing and the beach breeze felt great when you left the door opened. The sound of the of the waves was also very calming and relaxing. The location was perfect. It wasn’t too far from rosarito and downtown TJ. There were also restaurants and a store right at the entrance of the gated community which was very convenient. I also felt very safe throughout my stay there. I will definitely consider booking with her again!
