The property was a very nice hotel, the location of the building was okay but it is TJ so I didn’t expect much from surrounding areas. Besides the location of the hotel the lobby was very clean and up-kept, the receptionist was very nice and informative, made our check in quick & easy. Upon arriving they parked our car for us and a gentleman helped us load our luggage into a cart and take it all the way up to the room. Everything on the property seemed very up to date and elegant making it a very pretty hotel & pleasant stay, the amenities they offer are wonderful I definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very helpful and fun! The building and rooms were impeccably clean and the layout was beautiful and flowed nicely. Also, the pool table rooftop lounge on the 5th floor was incredible. Great soccer, sports venue to watch games. Super food, folks and fun!! -Thank you all!! -Tyson R.

Overall, Everything was good. Just had 3 items for feedback. All rooms require your room card key to be inserted for power and front desk did not provide a spare unless you paid extra for it. Secondly, The elevator takes an extremely long time to get to your floor. Thirdly, there is active construction going on next door which leads to excessive dust and sound.

over all this is a very nice hotel.first the wonderful very friendly staff ,comfortable beds, great air conditioning good work space area , in room refridgerator,beautiful public spaces ,nice restaurant and bar area with reasonable prices,and excellent in room furnishings and comfortable pilliows.a couple of things that i noticed no premium cable ,but good streaming is possible with netflicks etc.and the bathroom was beautiful except the shower water pressure was very low and finally a couple of little things only sheets on the very nice bed no light blanket or comforter and a big one for me, no in room safe to keep your valuables secured overall again this is a very upscale well thought out hotel which could easily be a 4 star luxury property with a few added amenities.

Nice clean place ! Except that they have a white linen policy if you dirty anything they will charge $$ for it. Before check out they send out someone to check your room .

This is an awesome property! Very clean, staff is very helpful. The area around hotel is okay. The hotel is located off of Revolution Ave, which helps with the noise. The restaurant has basic dinner and breakfast offerings and good beer selection. The rooftop bar and lounge area is very nice. Property is only a few weeks old and they are maintaining a high level of service for the price. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay in downtown Tijuana. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The location is ideal as shopping and dining are just steps from the hotel.

Hotel does not specify that parking is first come first served parking. Only with limited space so you will most likely not find any parking on site. We tried canceling our reservation but apparently they did not have anyone on staff authorized to do it. So we were pretty much stuck with the reservation. That is an issue if you decide to go for the “no cancellation” option. We are still pending a resolution from expedia

Beware that before you check out they check the rooms . If you have a dirty towel you will get charged from what I heard the receptionist telling a guest $300 because there was make up stains on a towel. That happened to the three guest while I was waiting to check out!
