"Host double booked and did not cancel my reservation. He tried to get me to stay in a bedroom in an apartment with a room already occupied in it. I asked him to cancel the reservation and he did not offer the courtesy in doing leaving me to deal with Vrbo directly to get my money back. Still in the process of resolving this."
