“For a motel, not bad, overall bed was comfy, room was clean, only con, it smelled like smoke and the toilet wasnt fully mounted to the floor. Shower worked. Miracle did the job.”

“Room was very clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was just fine (hard boiled eggs, baked goods, toast, yogurt) parking was easy, there is no elevator for the second floor fyi so you will be carrying your bag up and down stairs. The hotel was busy but quiet at night, easy to find, easy to access from the highway, not too far from town.”

“Perfect for what I wanted and the owner and staff were very responsive. I didn’t see any climate control in the room and that maybe because the climate is controlled centrally. The room temp was perfect so I didn’t have cause to seek out climate control.”

“Parking available in front of rented room. The bed linen and towels were clean, but the bed was average in comfort. There is a small fridge available. Hot water for shower, but only thin smaller towels available. No hair dryer and the smallest container of hair shampoo. No bedside light for reading. The floor was swept, but not into the corners. Simple, basic- strictly to have a room to sleep in. ”

“Our experience at Omstead’s on Erie was amazing, my friend, daughter and I are still talking about it. First off, the home was so well decorated, every carefully selected item has a story and the stories were amazing, all this with a great view of Lake Erie. Margo and Keith are great hosts, they provided us with many great local recommendations for dinner and Margo treated us to locally sourced fancy breakfasts. We will definitely be going back!”
