The Hang Ten (Unit #6) is a 1 bedroom unit with a kitchenette (no cooktop/oven). It features a spacious living space and a bedroom with a queen size bed. If you need to accommodate additional people the sofa is also a sleeper for 2 additional sleeping spaces. The unit will sleep 4.
This unit is your home away from home and includes many recent updates to decor and amenities.

You are within walking distance of a staircase that will bring you down to the sandy beach on Netarts Bay.
There is a grocery store behind the property (down near Unit 7) and there is a convenience store near the front of the property (Unit 1).

We are a pet friendly property in all of our units for an extra fee - those with severe allergies should be aware that we do not have any rooms that are pet free.
Actual furniture, fixtures, colors, and configurations may vary - If you are looking for something particular please ask prior to booking.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the guest rooms or on the porches.

My parents were staying at the RV park by the bay and this location was close so I join them. My only complaint was the lingering odor of crab or fish in the room. I don't know if that was due to previous visitors or just normal because the area is on the coast. Not enough to be unpleasant but still there.I would stay again. The code on the door was sent well in advance and lots of communication from the property owner for both checking in and checking out.Overall process for checking in and checking out was easy. I just forgot to "check out" online before 11 even though I had left the property by 530 am. This was my first time using Vrbo so some steps in the process had a learning curve, mostly just remembering what I needed to do.

Everything was tidy. All the basic needs were met. The location was quiet and close to town as well as beaches and fishing. The owners even got you covered if you forgot to bring your toothbrush!

Nice location, but needs updates
The property management was very responsive with adjusting my reservation when I booked the wrong dates, and the location was great. However, the bed linens had visible stains to the point where we slept on top of the flat sheet, and there was a lingering smell of dog urine in the living room area. The bathroom/shower is also an extremely tight fit for anyone much larger than myself (5'4") and there were signs of water damage on the baseboard outside the shower stall. Overall I think these units could be a nice place to stay, but with some updates.

Quick coastal getaway
We had a nice time in this cozy space. It's in a great location with the store on the corner, coffee shop across the street and great beach access about 3 blocks away. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beach trip
The place looked surface clean, opened the hideaway and the sheets were so dirty I couldn’t believe. Same with the bedroom sheets.” The comforter had a Stain that looked like dried blood on it. I wasn’t sure how to contact anyone about this to get it fixed. They need to get new house keeping. Dog hair all over piled it the corner. Will not be back

Nice little getaway spot!
My husband and I just wanted to get away for a couple of nights with our dogs. This location was great for us! The weather wasn't great (high winds and non stop rain), so we spent most of our time inside. But, with the store just around the corner and a restaurant just down the road, we still managed to have a good time. The living room was spacious enough for us and our two large dog beds. The bed in the bedroom was comfy for us. The only thing I would warn people about is the bathroom. It's a little tight in there, but it definitely didn't kill the stay for us. In fact, we look forward to booking again when the weather should be nicer!

Great stay!
Driving distance to the beach, comfy beds and plenty of space. We brought a hotplate with us to cook up some dinner and got breakfast at the coffee shop across the street in the morning. Overall a wonderful stay! Was perfect for us

Safe get away to the coast
Great find for our overnight get away with our teen son and two dogs. Super comfy beds, very clean and well appointed. Touch less checkin/out worked with no issues. Great communication via text from property owners.
