You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work either, which made doing my hair a bit annoying. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. With that said, I would hope with how much they charge they could fix it up a bit. Maybe the more expensive rooms are better but still paying over 200 a night for our room made us question if we would ever be back to this property. I would give a 2 stars but the 3 stars is for the location which you cannot beat.

Very small, very dated room. Linens and pillows were very old. They were dog hair cat hair in both linens. The rug was very soiled. The proximity to the beach is what kept us toughing it out. Would not stay again.

Even though it was raining and windy, our stay at the Inn was fantastic. It is quick and easy access to the beach so we were able to take full advantage during the breaks in the weather. The fire alarm went off and the staff was very responsive and quick to respond and make sure everything was ok. Parking was a little tight, but we could still park in front of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

This inn is small and located right across the street from the beachfront. There’s coffee shops and restaurants right there and lots of places to walk and of course, beautiful beach views. The sunsets were amazing when we visited. Staff was responsive and room was spacious and clean. It’s a bit older but a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend.

Kinda run down it had a great view but it was not worth the $191 based off up keep alone. Our door locked us out several times and the emergency line doesn’t work but it was large and had great access to the local cafes and the beach.

Beach view, vaulted ceilings, large soaking tub, comfy bed. We loved going to the beach and the big-window views. The jetted tub was not working. No freezer compartment in the refrigerater (we had just purchased ice cream on our Tillamook factory tour so that was frustrating). The foldout bed was okay for my kid but NOT acceptible for a grown adult. My 2 interactions with staff were with people who were curt and trying hard to not be unpleasant. Basically, we loved staying here for the views and convenience, but the facilities had a few drawbacks. I recommend the short drive to the lighthouse nearby, especially near sunset hours!
