Nature enthusiasts will be thrilled to learn whales have been spotted from the deck, along with bald eagles and numerous other shorebirds nesting at the nearby Three Arch Rocks Wildlife Refuge. This home is just a short walk from Oceanside Beach State Park and 'the Tunnel' under Maxwell Point, only three miles from the historic Cape Meares Lighthouse and its neighboring Octopus Tree, and within a dozen miles of downtown Tillamook, the legendary Tillamook Creamery, and the incredible Tillamook Air Museum.
Prepare anything from your morning coffee to elaborate, full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, and then dine in the cozy breakfast nook or in the more formal dining area - perfect for mealtimes or rainy day board games! After meals, switch on the gas fireplace and settle into the main living area to stream your favorite TV channels, or head down to the lower level through its separate entrance which leads to a stone patio with an ocean view, crafting table, and garden path. While you're there, you'll also find an additional living space with a second TV, an electric fireplace, a table and chairs for your laptops, and a convenient wet bar.
Additional amenities and features at this home include high-speed internet access, a gas grill, firewood for your beach fires, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
