Zowel de keuken als de andere voorzieningen waren goed uitgerust. De wifi was stabiel en redelijk snel. De badkamer was zeer proper. De douche had steeds warm water en was makkelijk te bedienen. "The duplex was clean and modern and all the needed comforts were present. The location itself was okay but there are a lot of abandoned houses around it. Not the fault of the host ofcourse but something to keep in mind. It was only a 5 min walk to the caves of Han which is the main attraction in the area. "As we were traveling through Europe by car, we booked this stay last minute. The house was excellent and in a great location so we decided to stay another night. The price for the place is excellent. The local food is great, and there is plenty of history to learn. My son even caught trout from the Ourthe, and there is a very nice angling shop in town. "Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"Room was very clean and spacious, hotel staff very helpful. If you are staying in the annexes, be aware that there is no elevator, and in our case, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage (and no assistance). Also, there is no shower, just a tub with a handheld sprayer."
