“Perfect location and we had everything we needed. Was a little smaller than I had thought and noise travled from the neighboring unit which we shared a wall. Host was easy to communicate with.”

“Delightful peaceful location a few minutes'drive from the good facilities in the rural town of Geraldine. The property is well equipped, comfortable and has its own entrance to the rear of the main house. ”

“Very clean. Too warm, I guess in New Zealand there are no screens for windows to allow fresh air. The people next door sounded like they were in the room with me. It served its purpose but was a little expensive for what I needed. ”

“なんと言ってもオーナーさんが親切！部屋も広く使いやすくて良いお部屋です。飲食店やスーパーにも車で2分と便利です。マイナスなのは隣の利用客の声がよく聞こえます。お隣さんの運次第かな。でもまた行くならここに泊まります。”

“Room was in pretty good condition. HAVC system was ineffective and without being able to keep slider open (no screen) it was a stuffy nights sleep. Did not find the shower mat until after shower so dangerously slippery. Also the shower head came off during my shower. Needs repair. The back view of the porta potty was really nice.”
