Shortest stay ever

All my other Expedia bookings went well, but not this one. On check in at 5pm I saw a list of rooms and names, with some else's name down for the room I had booked and prepaid. I was told that person was booked in for 4 days, compared to my one. My booking via Expedia seems to have been ignored or overlooked, and the landlord was somewhat indifferent, despite the email confirmation I showed him. I have ranked the standard common lounge as below average, given that it was so small that you wouldn't use it if other people were already in situ. Assessed the likely standard of the bedroom as being average, but I didn't get to see it.

I will definitely stay again when I travel timaru. Bed is comfortable, towels all fold in bathroom ready to use. The entire house is Very Clean and tidy.

Comfortable and welcoming

Lovely comfortable and elegant early 1900s home very well appointed with all one could wish for. Excellent host, generous with breakfast goodies etc. and respectful of our privacy and independence. modern appliances all in excellent condition and very clean.

Room was fine, bed was comfortable. Nice touch having lollies & biscuits. Room needs extra cleaning on ledges, carpet, lamp shades etc. First time I've ever had powdered milk in a motel...yuk! We are surrounded by dairy farms...no excuse for not having fresh milk!

Lovely and comfortable house.

Lovely house. The paining and decoration are beautiful. The room and bed is comfortable. Can use the kitchen to cook and free chocolate biscuits to eat. Feel free and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice views from top floor room.

The room we booked was taken by another couple and the owner could not explain why as his computer had died. We had a nice night but felt disappointed we paid for bigger room. Off street parking is provided but having a larger car proved a challenge to get back out in the morning. Great shower and bedroom was fresh with comfortable bed.

一戸建てを利用客がシェアするタイプの宿泊システム。管理人らしき中国人男性が彷徨いていたが、玄関に宿泊者名簿が置かれていただけで、部屋の鍵もドアに刺さったまま。特に、迎えられた感は無く、只通りすがりに利用させてもらった、言い方は悪いが、まるで公園の公衆便所のような印象。にしては、かなり豪華なトイレだったが···。
