I would definitely recommend the Henry Parkes Motel. We stopped here on route to Brisbane, the family room we booked was very clean with everything you needed. Hosts were absolutely gorgeous - so welcoming and helpful! The off-grid cabin was lovely, and it is well worth the 10 minute drive out of Tenterfield to get there. Beautiful views, and lovely donkeys!! The cabin needs fly screens on the doors, but thost assured us they are imminent.

Once we had the checkin details (I now understand these cannot be released in advance for security reasons) everything worked very well. The accommodation was comfortable and generous, the decor was creative, It was all every good.
