"I travelled alone and was offered a room with 2 double beds. Room was really spacious to me and clean. Member of staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeepers were polite and always had their smile on their face, though some of my things I supposed to keep and put on the table top (not in the bin) were thrown away without my consent such as plastic bottles and wrapping film.
The gym was clean.
The hotel is in a perfect location, where it is surrounded by different shopping malls. The connection to both Tsuen Wan Station and Tsuen Wan West station was great with the bridge, so it's easy to access even on days with the extreme weather. The wet market just next to the hotel provide fruits at reasonable price. The experience was really nice and I would definite choose Nina hotel again. It would be best if they can offer rooms which can cater 4 persons if I need to travel with my family next time."
