The FO staff, operators and HKP staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location, locates next to a big shopping mall. Thanks for the room upgrade!

Is good is very good experience I stay there

Not bad but I think the cleaning should be improved a bit coz there are some insects in the room..

All the staff very nice! They willing to help for all you asking for! This is an unforgettable experience in Hong Kong hotel staying. I already booked the 2nd visit for next month

Good

Quick check in and helpful staff. Good location and close to MTR station.
