Tin Shui Wai Holidays

Hotel is reasonably larger than your typical HK hotel, Ruby our housekeeping lady is the best, made us feel right at home. AC in room was in top shape! Hotel is awesome if you’re visiting the HK convention center, walking area around the property is also nice, a grocery store in the same street, nice coffee shop with good breakfast down the street (pricey but high quality) The laundry around the corner is a life saver, the young man working there is such a loving person, they will drop your clothes off at the front desk once they’re done, so you don’t have to worry about picking up. Several bus stops near by, which is very convenient. Loved my stay here, will definitely come back. Hope they have an ice machine next time I come back, that’s a luxury in HK. Other than that, everything was splendid!!

Very nice experience. The room was big and clean with nice view. Calm and peaceful at night. Only downside is that shower door doesn’t close and water drain doesn’t work leaving a 2cm layer of old water every-time you’ve showered.

The room was very small. Temperature was one extreme or the other requiring constant adjustment. No microwaves available in room or lobby. Staff was very helpful. Everything was clean. Complimentary amenities were thoughtful. The fragrance used in the entryway and lobby were overpowering to the point of being sickening but thankfully not present in rooms. I would recommend this hotel for the excellent location. Minutes walk from the two train stations; great restaurant, bakeries, and cheap eats nearby. Convenient drop off and pick up by uber.
