"House is clean and modern with everything we need for a 6 days trip in Cairns. Plenty of space inside out for a family of 4 plus 2 adults. We didn't use the pool but enjoy the view of mountains very much. Location is great as it's quiet but close enough to attractions. Thank you for having us. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent and loved the verandah - couldn’t fault anything other than ideally more detailed info about public transport into Cairns Waking in the recent heat was a real challenge but bus service seemed extremely infrequent Otherwise though loved the property, super clean and relaxing and bird wildlife all around so amazing - thank you"

"The place was great - and given that Catherine had stayed there herself due to the flooding and cyclone, she had done a great job of getting it ready for us, when she could have just as easily cancelled the booking. Catherine is so accommodating and the creek was fantastic. Okay, so not the Ritz, but if that is what you want - go there. This is a adequate little shed-house in the rainforest - so you get everything that goes with that. The dogs also loved it."

"What a great place to stay, situated above a framing shop just a few miles from downtown Cairns. Reasonable coffee and food just blocks away. Very spacious, super comfy beds and furniture, great amenities, and fast, easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!"

"If you love nature, you will love The Canopy! We spotted a platypus on the first day and a cassowary on our way out! The birds are beautiful and the turtles plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful. They even built a fire for us on a cool day. Loved every minute of our time there. "

"Wonderful place to retreat for a few days with beautiful walks on the property through tropical forest. If you like nature and seclusion this is the place for you. The rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable with all the amenaties needed for self catering. There is however, no Wifi access in the room and telephone coverage is poor; so I would not recomend this for someone who needs to stay connected. Otherwise, no complaints and an enjoyable stay."

"It’s our third time staying here. Such a great park to stay at whilst on holidays. Clean and friendly. Definitely a place to hang out and relax. Cabins are clean and tidy. My son struggled to sleep in bunks as he is almost 6 foot. Personally I found the beds a bit too hard but that’s no fault of theirs, just my preference."

"We stayed at a Canopy treehouse that had a great view of the farmland below. The fireplace is handy on cold nights and sunrise was picturesque from the balcony. Breakfast provisions were ample and we enjoyed our beef and reef dinner package too. Overall it was an excellent stay"

"A really lovely property with absolutely delightful hosts. We had a 2 bedroom townhouse near the pool. Parking was downstairs and really only suited a small car (ours poked out the front). Well stocked kitchen, lots of accessories and wine glasses! Would be nice to have a few larger drinking glasses available. Main bedroom had lovely view of the Lake. Other bedroom overlooked the pool, unfortunately the mattress was like concrete, time for an upgrade perhaps. Screens throughout meant lovely...
