Kitchen 35 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Tinjan. The villa is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
