不滿：職員與服務
1) Gave the smaller room than what I booked, stating the reason the room is not clean, and not ready. Then they charged full price for the small room.
2) Charged for the service which I never used.
3) Staff members asking for money wherever is possible even for small talk.
4) No option to return money for the service which we never used.
5) sweet talk till you pay money, after that staff response becomes bossy.
6) No proper communication or details what services include in the service and what not.
7) gives only one key. Even after asking for extra. Don't worry Sir we will open ur room if you loose the key. Don't worry Sir you call us if someone with key stuck inside the room. Don't lock the door if someone is sleeping and if you want to step out for a bit.
8) some staff are very rude.
9) finally 1 star service for 4star money.
