"Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits. "

"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids there shiver when they walk around "

"The staff were kind and polite…very professional. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasant. The carpets throughout the hotel were dull and dirty looking. Outside of our door the window was very damaged and raggedy; it needs to be replaced. The room service staff failed to bring us our order; they later stated our food was sent to the wrong room. Our restroom door had splintered wood and my finger got caught on it…thankfully I was not injured. They did not stock our room with a sufficient amount of toilet paper for a family of three for a three day stay. "
