Ich habe an Expedia schon eine Email geschickt mit Bildern, wo ich noch auf eine Antwort warte. Unsauber, kleine Betten, lose Fliesen, Badarmatur locker, gefährlicher Balkon, Kaffee nicht besonders, Parkmöglichkeiten versperrt durch Baustelle

Correct

Hotel correct. Le personnel reste a l'ecoute . Chambre un peu bruyante à cause de la ligne de train juste a coter. Par contre petite erreur sur l'annonce sur le petit dejeuner qui se finit a 9h30 (10h30 sur l'annonce) mais la dame a accepter malgres notre retard à 9h45. Pas beaucoup de place sur le parking gratuit car des travaux sur une batisse à-côtés

Das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich jemals war. Gesamte Haus riecht muffig. Zimmer veraltet mit Schimmel. Matratzen durchgelegen. Beim Frühstück war es schwierig eine saubere Tasse oder Teller zu finden.

Schlechtes Frühstück, Hotel schmutzig. Personal unfreundlich. Check in Zeiten falsch im Internet. Von 3 Sterne hat man da nichts gemerkt. Alt und runer gekommenes Hotel.

Die Dame des Hauses hat uns sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Im Mail stand check in 16:00 sie behauptete es sei erst 17:00 und habe nur wegen uns früher aufgemacht! Wir fühlten uns alles andere als Willkommen. Die Fernbedienung von Fernseher hatte keine Batterien mehr und die meisten Lampen funktionierten nicht. Frühstück war so so la la…auch beim auschecken war nichts mit Freundlichkeit…Schade!

ITS OK but nothing great service...

There was no one to let us in the hotel at 22;00 hours, (I had called before and told them I will come between 10-11 PM) other guests (3 people) who were staying there were also locked out, pressed the doorbell many time I also called on the phone, no reply, finally, a guest from inside the hotel saw us and he came to our rescue to open the back door of the hotel. My Keys were at the reception without any information for me. Finally, at 23:30 the lady calls me on my phone, I told her I am in the room now, she said she went off to sleep and did not hear any doorbell or my many phone calls :-(

Hotel war bei Ankunft geschlossen, kein Check-In möglich. Haben dafür ein grösseres Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist aber stark Renovations bedürftig. Das Bett fällt auseinander, Zimmer kann nicht abgedunkelt werden weil die Rolladen nicht funktionsfähig sind. Ablauf des Waschbecken im Bad ist undicht. Kein vernünftiger Kleiderschrank, extrem hellhörig. Frühstück war OK aber auch nicht überwältigend. Im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels ist der Preis zu hoch.

Meget sød og venlig ældre dame lavede stort set alt på hotellet, men ingen wifi på værelserne og ej heller aircondition som skrevet på deres hjemmeside og værelserne meget gamle og i dårlig stand.

Accueil vraiment très chaleureux et sympathique, personnel au petit soin pour nous, malgré la période problématique liée au coronavirus. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr et le recommanderons autour de nous !
