"We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time."

"We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. The pool was refreshing and Stephanie has the shed well stocked with floaties and even beach chairs for when you venture to the beach. We had a great time at this house and working with Stephanie!"

"This was perfect for me, two boys and my dog. Close to everything. The bikes came in handy to get to the pier and A1A bike kayak and Surf shop. Driving to Publix and Kennedy space center was required. The beach was close so we walked with our wagon of beach essentials. The home is fully equipped and worked well for us. Host was helpful and responsive. Gave it a full five stars overall!"
