Truly luxurious hotel in wonderful setting. Not cheap but you get what you pay for! We were upgraded to studio suite with pool view. Nice breakfast and fine dining options on site. A few niggles with room service and porterage were raised and immediately dealt with. Tivat is a good choice to explore Montenegro but be aware roads are few and often gridlocked. Tivat airport is a nightmare and badly needs upgrading. Overall a memorable vacation and many happy memories.

This property is beautiful. We had a lovely, huge two room suite facing over the marina. It had a large balcony where we could watch the world go by whilst we were having a cocktail in the evenings. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. The area is fun with lots of great restaurants and a very pleasant laid back vibe. We had a great stay!

A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to choose from. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Nice property unfortunately not the other guests..

Modern resort with strong Puerto Banus vibes. Porto Montenegro as an area is newly developed and growing with lots of luxury residences, hotels and restaurants. Best area to stay in in Tivat. Hotel amenities and services were great, friendly and hospitable staff, great common areas, amazing breakfast (and breakfast hostess was so friendly!). Pool area is (a bit too) large and lounge poolside music was way to loud to be relaxing. We loved our stay but will sadly not return due to the clientele. Montenegro still welcomes and is dependent on Russian tourism and money. Almost exclusively Russians in this resort, something we were not prepared for nor was very happy to see. Smoking in the pools were not disciplined netiher was other bad behavior as feet on the bar stools, swimwear in common areas inside etc. This experience significantly takes down the overall impression of the area and the resort. Nice hotel but will sadly not return.

Our second stay at this gorgeous hotel in a great location. The pool area is great and the staff at the pool area were brilliant (Viktor is a star) as were the staff at breakfast that was gorgeous with a great variety of hot and cold and a la carte egg options. The Spa is lovely and spacious and we used it when the weather was poor. There’s a Sauna, Steam room, Hammam and shower with numerous options. There is also a large pool and jacuzzi. We did however have some challenges we wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel: We filled in pre-arrival preference form and asked for a standard mattress - we got a very hard foam mattress (a topper was added after the first painful poor nights sleep). The coffee crème in the fridge (2 tiny cartons) was replaced 3 days out of our seven days and we had to call room service for cream on each occasion that it wasn’t replaced. I did request milk for tea one day from room service and was asked for card details to pay for it..(I decided to give the milk and tea a miss) We were in room 310B in aqua and were woken up 4 mornings in a row at 6:45am by very noisy dustbin men bouncing very large metal bins below our balcony. After wake up calls 4 mornings in a row we requested a different room and we were given a nice room in Baia with marina views. I requested ice twice on the evening of my 60th birthday 30 mins apart and it never arrived. I did however receive a birthday cake that was left in the room that was very much appreciated.

We loved this hotel a lot. Everything was exquisite and very clean. The amount of thought that was put into every detail in those rooms we appreciated. We enjoyed the bath salts next to the tub and the Perricone MD bathroom toiletries were a plus. Beautiful area close to shopping and many restaurants. We definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever find ourselves back in Montenegro we will be back to this hotel.
