Apartment with Sea View Balcony is most beautiful apartment at Villa Serventi. This apartment have the nicest balcony at Villa of more than 20 m2 where our guests could enjoy relaxing evenings with glass of good wine!
The living room includes modern natural wood shank and 3 high shank chairs, Satellite TV and CD player. Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed.
This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment.
The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car.
Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc.

Authentic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Serventi,located in an old fishing village,it was even better than the description. Spotlessly clean,the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself and it is air conditioned. WiFi is good.There is a lot of outside seating for coffee or book reading and there is a nice swim area approximately 10 steps from the villa. Our apartment had a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea,great for catching a breeze and having a cocktail. We rented a car but the taxis were reasonably priced and nothing is very far away,so we would not have a car again. (also drivers there are a little crazy!,) The hosts are very responsive to any questions and even took us in their own vehicle when the taxi was delayed. If you want to be surrounded by shops and restaurants,this is not the place. If you want a more authentic experience,this is the place! There is a small grocery store and a nice restaurant a few minutes walk away. The ferry runs regularly and it is free for ‘walk on’ and 5€ for a car. Do your research and contact the host if you have any questions! We would definitely stay there again.
