「The location was very good - just a few blocks from the Historical City square. The rooms were very clean- each of our three rooms had towels and its own bathroom. It took some getting used to, but we finally figured out how to get hot water. :-). We had one issue with the door locks, but Javier was quick to get to the house and temporarily fix it until the next morning (when it was fully fixed. No complaints on the speed and quality of response from Javier.Location excellent. Service...

「The house was even more gorgeous than the photos in the VRBO post. The property was a beautiful oasis in the center of the city. The colonial architecture and furniture style have been painstakingly maintained. Carlos, the groundskeeper, was a gem and even ran an errand for us on the first morning - bringing us fresh tortillas. Danielle, the property manager, was super helpful and very responsive. She shared some terrific suggestions with us about where to eat and what to do with our two girls....

「Casa Saramuyo was an amazing place to stay. It was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Simple instructions but I’m sure the hosts were entertained with us trying to unlock the door the first time (when in doubt, start with the top lock and keep turning left). We thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but we also prefer firm mattresses. The hosts were very accommodating and responded very quickly to all messages. Would highly recommend.」
