Clean room, nice staff, family friendly. If you are planning to sleep and rest then go to boumerdes center its ideal. The neighborhood is very poor but 5min walk will get you to boumerdes center where all is available.

The Hotel El Arz's management does not deserve 1/5. We arrived at the hotel late. We asked for the room that we reserved and paid for through hotels.com.
