"We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!"

"Fantastic house - all as per description - with very friendly hosts. Up the hills but close to parma and Bologna (1,5 hours). Great beds and fully equipped kitchen with fantastic plancha- BBQ. Great for hikes and to to enjoy nature. Cool in the evenings so did not need an airco. Plenty trees and shade. Would go again in a hart beat"

"Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The place where you can eat outside is an ideal spot, it is always pleasant there even in very hot weather. We really recommended this house. Owners are very friendly. Only point to take into account is that you always have to drive a long way for groceries or excursions."

"We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. The grounds are kept very tidy and the rooms were clean upon arrival. I had heard bad stories about spiders and what not from others that had stayed at historic properties in Tuscany, but I'm happy to report that was not an issue for us. The lounge chairs around the pool were fantastic. The location is wonderful. I would recommend this place to any of my friends."

"We really enjoyed our stay up in the hills with great views and very secluded from the world. The dirt track road to the property was a little challenging in our vehicle, so recommend stocking up on supplies to minimise the journeys in and out (or could just be my driving capabilities 😂) this suited us fine! Communications with the owners was great, they were on hand if needed. Also, the owners have delicious honey that you can buy!"
