“Broken shower diverter and a note "This is a minibar, not a fridge" on empty mini fridge says it all”

“I enjoyed my stay, it was very hard to find, it was nice and quiet”

“Really happy with the hotel. Staff are very helpful and always looking happy. Breakfast noodle bar is something I look forward to every morning. The best is the pool, it’s fun, big and kids friendly. Highly recommend! ”

“服務好”

“Excellent”

“The staff is very helpful and accommodate all of your needs. The rims are clean and modern. The pool is the perfect temperature and the grounds are tranquil and beautiful. ”

“房間蠻乾淨，只是冰箱有點快壞掉比較大聲”

“Good”

“I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks.”

“Food and other services cost are not reasonable at all Nearly 500% compare to market price. So for long vacation will be very costly for daily food.”

“Great place to stay, just remember you're under the flight path for planes during takeoff”

“Nice place, very nice and big playful gardens with streaming water ponds to swim in, beautiful sight at bar, but very limited alcoholic drinks, tiny shower crammed in a cubicle together with a toilet and a tiny sink. Overall beautiful place, but amenities and rooms need better maintenance as some things are loose and fall off, which seems like a norm for vietnam.”

“Khách hôi chân nghỉ để lại mùi quá khó chịu.Khách sạn cần xử lý vấn đề này”

“I had a booking in the hotel and when I reached there they told me that the room I booked was not available. They asked me to pay additionally for a different room. I have travelled so much and it was the first time I have encountered such situation. They made me wait until they sort out things. My suggestion for the hotel is to improve customer relation at front desk and hire employers who can atleast speak with a minimum of English language skills or use a translator.”

“Good quality rooms”
