「The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed.」

「Staying here was an awesome experience, if even for a day. We arrived late in the evening and the owner Mario was so very accommodating and informative. We stayed in the side house, an interesting property with its centuries-old design. We could feel the history in every room. It was very comfortable, very roomy and the amenities made us feel right at home. The drive up may intimidate some (if during at night), as it winds up the mountain side, but staying there is well worth it. Thank you Mario...

Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! Allez-y sans crainte, surtout si vous aimez le calme.」

「I stayed here on a whim. I’m a 43 year old Canadian (female & mother) travelling completely unplanned day-to-day and prefer “off the beaten path” this place was actually amazing! Such a welcomed posh, beautiful, sophisticated spot! Staff were so lovely! I can not recommend a stay here enough! Every detail was amazing! Worth every cent! (Food and wine was exquisite too!)」
