SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL

10/10 Excellent

"A wonderful , modern hotel within an easy walk of the train station. I was lucky enough to have a very high floor room with a great view. The room was exceptionally clean and well -equipped. I really enjoyed the onsen ( hot spring/ sauna etc) on floor 25! Delicious breakfast with a huge choice. On my second night the top floor bistro was closed for a private event and there was no opportunity to eat ( or just have a drink) in the hotel , but I found a restaurant downtown after a brisk walk… However, I’ll definitely be back!"

Hotel Gracery Sapporo

"The Gracery is across the street from Sapporo Station making it very convenient for travelers. We stayed 3 nights. We drove a rental car & it was a little crazy finding the parking garage due to high volume of pedestrians. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend The Gracery."

"Location is fantastic and many places are walkable especially convenient with the airport shuttle bus stop nearby. We booked a triple room and the size is comfortable after all the other smaller rooms we stayed that tend to be the standard here in Japan. Of course, it comes at a premium."

"The staff was very nice. Front desk and dining staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The location was very good. The parking and check in time was a bit strict. Although our room was ready for us, they would not let us check in prior to 2:30. I am sure it is a rule put in place by the management. Not a good rule. Check in at 3 and out at 11:00 am just doesn't seem fair. The place is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. Cheers"
