「Beautiful house! This house was great for our family gathering with 6 adults and 5 little ones. Beds were comfy, bath towels were luxurious. Great porch for shoes, sleds, etc. Festive decorations! Kitchen was pretty well stocked (reco: add a ladle). The host was extremely responsive to our questions and had a shovel delivered when we woke up to fresh snow! Highly recommend. 「We very much enjoyed our stay. Really loved the location. Areas to improve. Access to breaker box would have been nice. There were several outlets that were not working and we figured it to be a tripped breaker, but couldn'tfind one. Would also recommend wash rags. All we had were body and face towels. 「Andrienne's house was great for 3 couples with 2 young kids each. The baby gates, high chair, and crib were great, along with the play set for the kids. Very family friendly, would certainly go back. At night we were able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna while watching the monitors, and the reclining couches were nice to relax on. 」

We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We really enjoyed our get away at Arrowhead. The chalet is located 5-10 min away from all three pools. Chalet itself has a charming rustic lake house vibe which we absolutely loved. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. In summary, strongly recommend!」
