"Great central location "

"Room was clean and staff were always available and friendly. Easy access to all areas including Mr Ed's. A/C worked great. Very comfortable bed and pillows."

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in poor condition with dirty carpets and an outdated interior that needs serious renovation. Finding the room was frustrating due to the confusing layout, and the noise at night made it hard to sleep. I would not recommend this place."

"Perfect location"

"A beautiful old building that’s in great condition. The breakfast is tasty and looks high quality. Grasshoppers at the O’Bar are phenomenal. The pool is a nice and relaxing space and there are plenty of pool towels to just grab. One downside was a largish deposit ($80 per night) at the beginning of the stay and extra charges to be billed at the end of the stay which account for wifi, water in your room, water and coffee in the lobby, and entertainment in the bar. You also get a $20 credit for the bar. You have to charge drinks to the room in order to get your credit. You are made aware of charges before you arrive at the hotel but it is difficult to work out how much they are going to be before you arrive as the information is vague (to me at least). I checked out 4 days ago and still haven’t had my final bill or deposit refunded. So I don’t know what it has cost me just yet. Not sure know if this is an Expedia issue or perhaps a USA issue. I would prefer to be charged everything when I pay for the hotel and not have to pay more when I arrive. I could then accept a deposit more easily. For this reason it is not a 5 star experience. Perhaps when I’m a millionaire I will not care about such things."

"I think the lady’s name was Ursula , she was the best. I have been to so many hotels and she went out of her way to talk to me and make sure I was ok. By the time I left I felt like I was saying bye to a cousin or old friend . I recently lost my wife and have been struggling to find joy. she really made me feel great every day. Thank you "
