栃本关所遗址

Noted check in time is 15:00, however we arrived earlier around 13:00. Male staff at counter was not friendly even with a bit rude attitude turned us down for early check in stated that extra payment needed for 2hours then ask us to go. Luckily the lady working at next counter assisted us for luggage storage so that we could have a nice rest at lobby before we got the room

The room was very clean and spacious. Close to the train station and a number of famous restaurants. I was a bit disappointed by the public bath which was very small. Also, some guests used it without taking a shower. A boy even entered into the female section and swam there. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but they need to think of some ways to educate their guests.

Very good service, everybody try to help out, will be back again
