「Unfortunate situation. I was doing a cross country drive. I wanted to stop so I booked 2 days, last minute, through Expedia. I arrived just before midnight. The room is clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I couldn't sleep. I was up by 5:30 in the morning, checked out before 6:30am. I asked the staff if I can get refunded my second day and was told to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told the hotel refused to release the second day payment. 「The pool was half full of green slime, not crystal clear as the photos showed. Half of the rooms were torn up getting renovated. The continental breakfast was laughable. On the positive side, our room was acceptable though the bedspread was stained. The renovation of the bathroom was sloppy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed felt like a mattress pad had been placed on top of a piece of plywood. No cups or drinking glasses in the room. The staff was indifferent and drywall...
