「Very beautiful place. It’s beyond our imagination that live in the middle age and walk in the amazing street.」

「The room is clean. There is public wifi at the lobby. No wifi in the room. 5 Euro for breakfast for each person. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it is not too hot in the room during summer timeas the hotel is on highland. There is fan in the room.」

「Struttura suggestiva, camera molto spaziosa e comoda. Molto bella la piscina e l'area verde intorno. Colazione discreta, solo dolce, potrebbe valere la pena inserire qualche opzione salata. Ottima soluzione per visitare la zona e alternare riposo e relax in piscina.」

「It looks like family own business. Very nice host, friendly and always in good humor. Walkable distance to St Francis Cathedra. Good breakfast. 」

「Struttura bellissima e suggestiva, tutto perfetto 」

「Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). 」

「Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.」

「Posto molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione nella norma. 」

「Location bella curata e pulita...la consiglio anche con bambini. Ottima la colazione.」

「La camera per 4 persone non è altro che una doppia con aggiunto un letto a castello, questo implica che se uno deve andare al bagno gli altri tre componenti devono stare coricati nel letto altrimenti non si passa」

「È un convento, la stanza è una cella. Bellissima esperienza, pulito e semplice. In mezzo alla tranquillità delle colline umbre, ottimo per relax Personale disponibile e gentile」
