"I could walk for miles to get a great workout from this property. It has pools, several restaurants, a great 7/11, a coffee shop, beautiful gardens, and taxis that are always available for departure. The location is next to many train stations and it is a 30 minute taxi drive to major shopping districts. Also, the shower kit is quality and amenities too. They provided free water for us everyday."

Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. Thank you most especially to Ms. Mae and to the chief operating Officer of Housekeeping for your outstanding customer service. I love your hotel even more for your help. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well. Your customer service was far beyond any 5 star hotels I stayed in around the world. "

"It was a great location and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the air condition worked well. It was an easy walk to the train station and lots of good restaurants nearby. While the room was as expected a little small, there was plenty of room for our luggage And then being able to move around. Would highly recommend this hotel. We did not use any of the amenities like spa or restaurant so I can’t speak to those."
