“Al ser un hotel reconocido por ser de lujo te esperas que las instalaciones y el servicio hagan match, a la bienvenida todo bien se acercaron a llevarnos los papeles sin embargo al ser clientes nuevos jamas nos dieron recorrido de las instalaciones solo nos llevaron a la habitacion, al ir al restaurante TENOCH eramos solo una mesa y el servicio era lento y no atento, llegaron americanos y claro con sonrisa los recibieron como si nosotros no valieramos, al rato se acercó Leopoldo excelente……

“I couldn't resist sharing this review—it was a truly magical experience! The grounds, pool, and restaurants are beautiful, but it's the staff that really stand out with their perfect service and attention to detail. If you need a reset or want a peaceful escape, this is the ideal spot! Don't miss the horseback riding adventure—visit the horses, including a funny donkey, and chickens! Great farm-to-table dining! Enjoy a meal at The Green Room while watching the waves, and at CaraCara, both right……

“The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness. ”
