Wonderful stay

Beautiful property, private. Best of both worlds with an easy walk to the ocean beach side and lovely views out of your own backyard. Very attentive and friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vacation retreat par excellence!

We enjoyed the lovely living space and surroundings. It was quiet and relaxing and the local area also provided many activities for those that wanted to pursue them (biking, surfing etc.) We would certainly enjoy coming to stay again in the future.

Tofino magic

Highly recommend this gorgeous home for a group stay in Tofino. Well appointed home with beautiful inlet view in a quiet area but close to town. We particularly enjoyed the heated floors throughout, the fireplace, and hot tub. Well managed property. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Great stay!

Lovely large space with views out over the inlet and room for us all to sit and enjoy the fire on a cold and wet day. Well equipped kitchen and a nice dining area. We especially enjoyed having a bedroom and bathroom each. Easy drive to the beaches and town.

Peaceful Getaway

Wonderful home in a great location. We enjoyed the views of the water and the quiet location. There were only four of us, but it would be easy to have a larger group in the house. Very well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook like we were at home. Would definitely stay there again.

Privacy with incredible views

Jensen’s Bay retreat was in a great location, just off the highway, with incredible views of the inlet and mountains. The home was very private, with plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Having three bedroom and three bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the covered outdoor hot tub was essential for the drizzly evenings. And it was also just a short walk to Chesterman Beach. TVR staff were quick and helpful in responding to any questions we had. The house was clean - we would recommended it and stay there again!

Beautiful location for friend weekend

From the moment you step into the house you are welcomed by a wide open space and gorgeous views of Jensen Bay. We had lots of room to hangout and eat meals. The rooms felt very private and all had a stunning view of the bay. It was a joy to eake up to every morning. We loved our time here and are already planning to come back. Had everything we needed for our friends weekend. In a great spot close to restaurants, chesterman beach and town.

Great location and space

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation of three adult couples. Each had their own room and bath and the great room with kitchen + living room was great for gathering. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for most anything you'd need. Spent most of our time on the deck, even during a rainy day, since enough is covered. It was easy to foreget we even had neighbors since you can't really see any other houses and the water/mountain view is amazing. The multi-use trail is right there and easy ride to the beach and other spots. Or just a quick drive to town or hiking trails or beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway, but still close to so many different activities.

Gem of a Place

This rental home exceeded our expectations. The place was spacious and quite stunning inside, with lots of room to cook and eat together. The three bedrooms and three baths offered privacy and everyone had access to the deck from their rooms. We went to Tofino with the aim to surf as much as possible, so the location was excellent for access to Chesterman and Cox Bay, as well as proximity to downtown. Our favourite part was coming home after surfing to a warm outdoor shower rinse and hottub. The nightly rate was attractive, however cleaning and management fees increased the overall fee to average. The check in process was effortless and we knew if we needed anything it was a call away. Thank you for another great time in Tofino!

This is a first class property in a private secluded location with a gorgeous view. It’s perfect for parties of 6 like ours, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The property is extremely well equipped and maintained. If you are looking for a quiet private getaway close to Tofino this property is for you. The Stellar Bluejay pictured became very friendly over our one week stay, we all hated to leave and wished we had booked 2 weeks on Jensens Bay

Tofino Experience

I came from Ontario to visit family on the island but also wanted to see Tofino. I chose Jensen's Bay Retreat as it looked so inviting by reading all about it and viewing the pictures. It definitely did not disappoint us. The place was spacious with a kitchen stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils, pots, bowls, etc. You could see the tide go in and out whether you were inside or outside on the back deck or in the hot tub where it was so peaceful. I highly recommend this location as it was a short drive to Tofino or a short walk to Chesterman Beach.

Beautiful home and view🥰

Arriving at Jensen’s Bay Retreat was a wonderful surprise. It was so tastefully decorated with everything we could imagine. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and looking at the magnificent view of the ocean and mountains. The hot tub and evening camp fires were extra special, too. We would definitely recommend this property.

Ladies Westcoast Getaway

The setting of this property couldn’t be more beautiful. It has quite a calm Zen feel to it. with the full-size kitchen it was easy to cook. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck looking at the view. Just a 10 minute walk to Chesterman Beach.

Paradise Cove

Wow! Stayed here a couple days after new years. What an amazing view. Very close walk to Chesterman beach which is a to do. We saw pretty much every beach in and around Tofino and Ucluelet. All very unique and different beaches. We brought our own food and what an amazing kitchen to cook in! You will not be disappointed! Thank you TVR!!!!

Storm of the century

Incredible storm while we were in Tofino - no power for most of our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and the home was beautiful!
