“Overall, our experience was excellent. A teakettle for hot water or at least one more pot would have been helpful (one person was boiling water for tea and the other person wanted to make oatmeal and there was only the one pot).The townhouse was pretty clean, although the carpet could stand a good cleaning. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We would have liked shampoo and soap for the showers (I was able to find some nearly empty bottles that were sufficient) and the liquid hand soap……

“The rental was perfect for us -- two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom (both spacious and comfortable), and a sofa bed in the basement/tv area, with its own full bath. The facilities were beautifully kept, the location along the north shore was convenient to cafes and hiking (with Grand Marais not too far). We arranged to bring our dogs, and they had a great time (the only thing they didn't like is that they're used to runners on the stairs, so going up and down was slippery for them, but……
