“Das Ambiente war wunderbar. Leider wurde in naheliegenden Appartements z.T. geraucht, was störend war. Im Appartement oben drüber wurde in 1 Nacht ab 04.30Uhr lautstark auf dem Balkon Konversation betrieben, was sehr störend war. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt.”

“Very happy with the accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed, small balcony, equipped with everything one may need during a short stay. Parking in the garage had to be arrange paid separately. So, not included in the price of the accommodation. All in all, it is a very recommendable place.”

“Excellent location just on the edge of old town. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 minutes from train station. Apartment is clean, beautiful, and so many windows were helpful to keep it cool in hot weather. Would stay here again! ”

“Wir nutzten die Wohnung als Schlafstätte für 2 Nächte, um Familie in Konstanz zu besuchen. Alles war wie beschrieben, Lutz schnell, freundlich und flexibel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten Glück und jeden Tag einen freien Besucher Parkplatz gefunden.”

“Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man üblicherweise so braucht - auch die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns auch gerne mit Tipps versorgt haben. Wir hatten eine Woche lang tolles Wetter und waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Wenn wir nach einem langen, heißen Ausflugstag zurückkamen, war die Wohnung immer noch sehr angenehm kühl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, um von dort aus mit dem Rad in alle Richtungen zu starten und den Bodensee zu……
