"Excellent hotel, great breakfast and really lovely staff. Perfect location too."

"Great"

"Convenient location, restaurants and food options available, shopping areas nearby. Lobby available for drinks, nice touch!"

"This hotel was perfect for the business traveler and with a close location to the shopping mall and the Air force base."

"Professional staff And good location"

"We like this hotel because it’s not too far from the train station and the breakfast is quite good. We’ve stayed there twice now. The staff is very pleasant but many do not speak much English. One thing to note: there is a step up into the bathroom. I think this is pretty common in hotels in smaller cities in Japan, but it’s something to be aware of as it can be a tripping hazard, especially at night."

"Very central location, well managed and maintained! Standard to other Metropolitan hotels locations owned by JR East so you know what to expect when booking across the country, never disappoint :)"
