Tohoku Hotel with Pool

"The room was clean and spacious, and the onsen was nice. The dinner was good overall, but the sashimi was not fresh enough and needs to be improved."

"建物は古いですが、目立つところ(エントランス、ロビー、浴場等)は改修されていますので綺麗です。泊まった部屋(521)は壁が一部剥離していました。 朝のフロントスタッフ人数が足りていませんでした。一人の方が対応していたのですが、その方が電話を受けてしまい10分以上待たされました。その間にフロント前には５組以上の列ができていました。改善してほしいと感じました。"

"It has a shuttle service from the Sendai station to the hotel. Great view from room and Onsen. The decor is slightly dated but in good shape. I would visit again!"
