"The hotel is smaller, more fancy. 10 min walk to Nagoya station. There’s a scent they use in the hallway, I think it’s eucalyptus? Not a fan. We appreciated the beds being made daily and the fresh towels, but it was not necessary. A little wasteful to change out the towels every day. The breakfast buffet was a set menu with 4 choices, it was good, simple. They do not have laundry on site. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet."

"Very nice hotel close to the airport (walkable or use free shuttle bus). It takes similar time to walk as in case of use of the shuttle bus. When rains, definitely use the shuttle bus (entry to the bus stop is close to the convenience store near the airport train station), because last few hundred metres of the direct walk to the hotel from the airport is not covered and you would get wet. Hotel and room were clean. Basic budget breakfast buffet was included. The hotel may get extremely busy and noisy sometimes. You may hear noise from other rooms or corridor. The room was slightly bigger compare to similar cheap hotels Provided amenities were surprisingly good quality. We will stay again. However we will definitely avoid the hotel during busy times (holidays seasons, convention, or concerts in nearby nearby exhibition/convention centre.)"

"Check in process with smooth with the front desk helping out. They will clean your room or bring fresh towels when asked by using the magnet posted on the door. They have 3 laundry machines and each machine washes and dries at the same time in that one cycle — and it dries your clothes very well. You also don’t need detergent, the laundry machine has a built in detergent that will fill. The front desk is very helpful when you need help — they helped me hold my bags on the last day because their self storage area was not working for me. It’s just 10 min away from Nagoya station and just right downstairs is a Lawson!"
