Pros: Next to a cheap outdoor carpark, 400jpy for night parking Quiet neighborhood Very helpful and friendly staff, can speak Mandarin and English Cons: The room was small for us 3 people 8 min away from Nippori station only 1 conveniece store nearby

A comfortable and lovely experience, staff was friendly and helpful, many nice and small restaurants nearby, a great area for one to experience real daily life in Tokyo. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The custom service is very nice. Also, the room is vey tidy.

1) awesome location easy access to different places and metro 2) super nice staff with good English 3) clean room clean toilet and bathroom and big enough 4) awesome happy hour place with good ambience 5) Has Tokyo Bike rental with a good rental fee

Great hotel! There are many convenient stores and super stores around. Although it is a little bit far from down town, there environment is wonderful. Simple and clean inside the hotel. We particularly enjoy the farewell party! Definitely will live here again.

Very nice staff. Good vibe and service

The staff, especially of elder lady, are very nice.

Cheap price and good location in shinjuku. Lots of shopping mall and shops nearby. I will stay again!

the staffs are very helpful and nice, place is close to the station
