Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Best to avoid this property

No staff on site, very noisy entry door can be heard all night by all guests on the first floor. Bedsheets has hair from another person suggesting they hadn’t been changed. Also, foreign residents of Japan are discriminated against at check-in by asking for passport information, which we are not required by law to provide.

前日までに送られるはずのパスコードが届いていなかった。深夜に到着した際、入り口ドアに記載された電話番号に5分ほど電話をかけて、パスコードを口頭で教えてもらい、何とか入ることができた。ベッドのある空間は居心地が良く感じたが、シャワールームにはシャンプーはあるが、ボディソープがなかった。

都心でこの低価格で寝場所を提供して頂けるのは大変ありがたい。本当に「寝るだけの場所」を求めるだけであれば十分満足です。 ただ、どういう手違いなのか不明ですが、前日までに届くはずのチェックインのために必要なパスコードのメールが届かず、また問い合わせ先の電話も自動音声タイプしかなく、入室に難儀してしまいました。
