Lovely hotel, feels new and the location is great. The staff are lovely and helpful. I loved my stay, and the only little issue, like with most hotels in Japan, is the size of the room, it was tight for two people with two pieces of luggage. If you are travelling light or can afford the largest rooms, I'd highly recommend.

We had two separate reservations at this property. The room we got for the first reservation was not cleaned properly. We found someone else's pubic hair on top of the bidet control, as well as hairs in the bathtub. Also, there was so much dust on the countertops; it didn't seem like they wiped them down. The room we got on our second reservation was a little more cleaner. The hotel is in a good area, very quiet, close to the stations. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was really good.

Very good hotel to stay

Stayed for 3 weeks as a solo traveler. You're next to the Kanda River and it's a great view especially when you're eating. Service was great and it's just a few mins of walking to the Electric Town known as Akihabara
