This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again.

予約からチェックアウトまで大変丁寧にご対応いただきました。チェックインの際に、予約の確認が取れないお客様がおり、その影響で他のお客様のチェックインも遅れているかな？というシーンがありました。フードプレゼンテーショーンで提供されるアルコールは大変美味しいものが揃っており、大満足でした。また、誕生日に合わせて素敵なプレゼントもご用意いただき、大変うれしく思いました。朝食は新。最強の朝食をチョイスし、本当にあれもこれも美味しくいただき大満足でした。ローズガーデンもオープンしている時期で、2つの庭園を散策し、館内もゆっくり歩いて楽しみました。スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしく、また必ず訪れたいと思いました。ありがとうございます。

Amazing stay. Incredible service at Executive House Zen. If you want incredible service, quiet & comfort then stay here! Loved how quiet it was (very & we stayed in a number of Tokyo hotels- the garden around the property was a quietness buffer that was more effective than being on the 45th floor of other hotels). Beds were quite comfortable even if a little on the firm side (standard for Japan). Great view of Mt Fuji from the lounge. Impeccable service, especially by Yuki. Excellent English & went so far out of her way to make sure we had a great time & had everything we could ever need. The rest of the team were flawless too. Loved the garden- worth it on its own. Super close to the subway, so very convenient, Always taxis at the door with staff happy to explain in Japanese exactly where you need to go to the driver. (Tip- Make sure you have a physical credit card with you in Tokyo & some Yen cash). I travel a lot and this hotel is now one of my favourites in the world. Highly recommend!

記念日と伝えたらギフトを用意していただき嬉しかったです！飲み物の種類がアルコール、ノンアルコールともに豊富で、食べ物も美味しかったです（夕食は塩分が気になりました）。スタッフの方も皆様丁寧でした。 ホテルとは関係ないですが、横の席で食事をしていた方がラウンジのチョコレート、マカロン、その他お菓子をコソコソと鞄に入れて大量に持って帰っていて、はじめは見ないふりをしていましたが、3皿目の時には流石にひきました。万引きを見ているようで嫌な気持ちになりました。

Excellent service, very helpful staff who took care of all my requests and needs. We enjoyed our stay and are glad that we had decided to return in a few days to again enjoy the service. Great management and staff! Look forward to our next visit 😃

We were in the Executive Zen floor of New Otani. We only stayed 1 night as it was a stopover before our flight back to the US. The service was impressive to say the least. The rooms were very modern but very small but I believe this is normal for Tokyo. The continental breakfast was limited. However the Sky restaurant was amazing. There were many food options available and the view of Tokyo from the restaurant was amazing. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. We definitely will for a longer time next time we visit Japan.
